axial flow fan simulation

I am conducting CFD simulation of airflow over an axial fan. What kind of boundary conditions. I want to simulate the airflow for 230 CFM of airflow. for 230CFM, static pressure drop is zero as you can see from the graph. Also the flow velocity would come out as 10.14m/s for 230 CFM with the cross section of the tube having a diameter of 118mm. I should get avg flow velocity of nearly 10m/s for 230CFM to validate my simulation but i am getting around 2m/s for 230 CFM. I am using the fan series:

CH(1)12012(a)U-(2)38

please let me know where is the problem. whether it is the meshing or boundary conditions.
