I’ve reviewed the documentation (https://community.altair.com/discussion/34280/altair-student-edition-deactivate-from-one-computer-to-activate-in-another-in-the-rare-case-a-computer-is-lost-or-malfunctional#latest) , and I understand that there are limited reactivation chances for the license. However, in my case:
- I only activated the license once.
- After uninstalling and reinstalling due to a technical issue, I lost access to the original license instance.
- On May 13, I see that you already deactivated my license from the backend (thank you!), but the system still shows:
- Activation Allowed = 1
- Activation Remaining = 0
I’ve cleaned up all license files locally and reinstalled AI Studio, but the software still reports: “No valid RapidMiner Studio license found.”
Could you please double-check and reset the activation count in your system so I can activate the license again?
