Subject: Request to Reset Altair License - HostID Conflict
Dear Altair Support,
I am currently encountering an issue when trying to activate my Altair license. The system displays the error message:
"This license was already activated using different HostIDs."
It seems that my license has been bound to another machine, possibly due to a system reset or hardware change.
Could you please help reset the license associated with my account so I can activate it on my current device?
