error occurred while using PhysicsAI to predict the drop test analysis

I ran a drop test simulation in SimLab and exported the .h3d file to train a PhysicsAI model in HyperMesh.

However, after completing the training and testing process, I was unable to generate predictions using the new model. Could you please help me check the issue? (The .h3d file is located in the link below.)

    Hi @Minh_169,

Thank you for testing the recommendation.

The error when using OptiStruct solver profile indicates that the the input file (.rad) being used for prediction has the below listed components (Board, RightFlexSnap, CoverRear, Connector) which are not there in the training dataset.

Hence, kindly use the input file (.rad) for prediction which has the components mentioned in the error such as Clip_1, Clip_2, Connector1, CoverRear1 etc.

I infer that the some components are new in the input file (.rad) & some have different naming convention. So, kindly make sure that the component number & component naming is consistent across the training, testing & prediction datasets.

Note: This is a generic error & not related to using OptiStruct solver profile. Since, you get another error now, it proves that the 'Predict' step worked but the process failed due to component inconsistency.
