issue with unit system with PhysicsAI tool in SimLab

Hi @Minh_169,
Thank you for the prompt response. Glad to know that the discrepancy does not exist in PhysicsAI from HyperMesh.
In that case, I would recommend using PhysicsAI from HyperMesh interface than SimLab.
PhysicsAI was first developed to be used from HyperMesh & now other products such as Inspire, SimLab etc. are incorporating it as well.
Since, PhysicsAI in SimLab was introduced in 2025.0 version, the issue reported by you needs to be communicated to the SimLab development team which will be done as the next step.
Kind Regards

Hi @Minh_169,
Have you trained a PhysicsAI model & 5.05e-4 MPa value snapshot is from 'Model Testing' step or the 5.05e-4 MPa value snapshot is the result of 'Display File' option from the 'Datasets' step?
Kindly clarify.
Also, it would be great if you can use PhysicsAI from HyperMesh on the same files & let us know if you get the same discrepancy.
Many thanks.
Kind Regards

The value snapshot is from the 'Model Testing' step, and I used HyperMesh on the same file for both training and testing the model. The maximum stress result shows around 505 MPa, which is different from the result when using PhysicsAI in SimLab.
