Academic Account Verification

Hello,

I am trying to log in to my academic account to download the required software; however, after registering, verifying my academic email address and setting up the security settings, the page is constantly loading on Altair One, and I can't log in.

How long does it take, as it has been loading for several hours without success?

    Your account is active and verified, Please try with a different browser , after clearing your cache etc. Please switch your internet connection if possible and try too …
