ERROR CREATING NEW PROCESS IN INSPIRE CAST 2025

hello everyone, I have seen through that all of u have seen this issue, and I have not able to get rid of this issue.

i had already gone through about the ERROR CREATING NEW PROCESS for the inspire cast24 version and now i also face it in in the 2025 version and even with the TUTORIAL MODELS for which i have tested is the Gravity model and what i did was that i opened the file in the software and just assigned a cast iron material and just ran the solidification simulation with fast accuracy.

but even that gave me an error creating a new process.

i have also checked and tested my laptops compatibility for this too.

If i change the mesh strategy to other than default, the error changes to meshing error.
