Meshing error for simulating in inspire cast 2025

So i have been TRYING to do a simuation for atleast once or so for a year and lastly I've tried in inspire cast 24 and it said error creating new process so i left it out as i did not get a convincing answer.
Now i tried it in inspire cast 25 and it shows this message and i dont what to do
i have even tried a new simple solid cylinder model it still shows this message.
i have attached the model and file of the simulation to be tested.
this test file will have some un connectivity issues which has been corrected in inspire cast 25
this is the simulation file
please find me an answer to this as i do have a capable latop with good specs too.

Hello,
For such parts, please Boolean combine the runner system to reduce meshing issues, as this is having very thin regions for the runner. And try using small mesh size, as after combining the runner, it works fine with 10mm mesh size.
I am attaching the working file set with IC 2025.
For such requests please create a support ticket for quick response, or write to HWsupport@altair.com.
