6 Ph PMSM Field Oriented Control

I try to drive 6 phase PMSM as generator. I am using field oriented control. I can do that succesfully with 6 phase pmsm with no phase shift. However when ı switch to 6 ph pmsm with phase shift block, system goes out of control. By the way to solve problem, I try different position phase shift for dq domain transformation.

Is there program bug or how can ı run simulation properly?

    Dear User,

PSIM's 6-Ph PMSM Block (spatially shifted by 30°) is physical and should work even when used as a generator. In fact, there is a quick example inside PSIM that highlights this.

You can navigate to Help >> Index >> 6-ph PMSM generator to test it.

Could the issue you're experiencing be related to the control setup?

Thak you for the answer, Nikos.

I know the quick example and ı checked it before create this post.

Source of problem may be related to control blocks, however, ı dont think so. Because when ı use 6 ph PMSM Block (zero phase shift), same system work properly.

On the other hand, If ı use 6 phase-shifted PMSM Block, I only add 2*pi/12 phase shift for the XYZ phase dq domain transformation. And these system goes unstability, immediately.

Could the issue be related to the PSIM related?
