Field Name and Value Appearing on Separate Lines

I'm trying to trap data from a PDF file in Monarch Classic, but I'm facing an issue with the layout.

In the file, the field value appears on one line, and the corresponding field name appears on the following line. This structure is making it difficult to define a proper trap in the Report Design.

Could you please guide me on how to handle this kind of format in Monarch classic?

    Hi Jisna,

If the field value and field name are on two lines and there are no lines or blank lines in between them, then select two lines (the lines with value and name).

Set the trap line on line number two, trap it by field name, or a unique text on the second line and select the field value on the first line.

The following screenshot is a demo of field value and name that are on two different lines, I also used floating trap in case the the field value is not exactly in the same column position on the second line.
