license error 9

Hello, 

 

I tried to use hyper works edu on my mac with virtual machine, however, it doesn't work properly. So I reordered an other license with new ethernet ID on my windows machine. I get the new license and put it in the security folder. But I got error 9. I checked the ethernet ID is same as the one in the license file. Is there anything to do with remote desktop since currently I am login via remote desktop.

    This is most likely due to the fact that you are logging in via remote desktop, this is generally not allowed,

     

    Please log in to your windows machine physically and let us know if this works,
