Licence Error 9. No Ethernet Adapter ID Available

Hello,

I've recently installed Hyperworks onto my Macbook Pro 2017, using the bootcamp partition I created in order to run Windows 10.

Before the installation of the program I was asked to insert my Ethernet Host ID. The program you provided in order to get the right ID didn't work for my case hence I entered the LAN wireless connection to the local network ID found using the ipconfig -all command (the one in the red box).

 

The licence is not working and no Ethernet adapter is present on my machine.

What can I do to obtain a valid licence?

    You can use the WIFI LAN ID instead to request the license file when no ethernet card is available
