can't find the licence file for mac student version

Hi everyone,

 

I downloaded Hyperworks Student Edition 13.0 Mac OSX Installer from the Altair Store and installed it on my Macbook succesfull. I need to find now where the altair_lic.dat file is, but as I search it on my computer, I couldn't find it. I've downloaded the installer with the network of our university and it didn't ask for Ethernet Host ID or something else. Do I have to download the licence file from somewhere or should it be somewhere in the installation directory after installing the software?

Hi Mert,

 

You have to download the license file from Altair store. I presume, this is where you have downloaded the HyperWorks Student Edition.

 

If you have applied for a license file, you can login to Altiar store and download the license file (provided license is approved).
