HyperLife 2025 Crack Growth Analysis

I have observed that a new module, "Crack Growth Analysis," has been introduced in HyperLife 2025. However, I have several questions regarding the load map data. Firstly, is it possible to import stress data instead of load data? Secondly, what is the recommended mesh size for conducting crack growth analysis?

-In the load map, you create channels and combine them with static FEA stress results to create the fatigue load history:

-In the hot spot definition, you have the option to include residual stress along the crack direction:

-As the fatigue assessment is based on the Finite Element Stress results, you always need accurate stress result in your analysis. Ideally, It's recommended to have a mesh convergence study to get the stress as accurate as possible.
