Student Edition License Problem

I activated my student edition license on my laptop. I then had to send that laptop in for warranty after it had some hardware problems and a factory reset didn't help. I am now trying to activate the license on a different machine and when I try it says

I don't know what to do about this and I have an assignment due soon using this program so I could really use the help.
