License not received

Our team has got a sponsorship from Altair Hyperworks for a year starting a month ago and I had got a license for last month. I want the license for this month. How can I get it? I'm stuck in my work

 

Altair's got to change this system that if we have sponsorship for a year, why hold the license back

    Never write 'I want the license'. It's better to write 'I would like to receive the license'
