My student license expired and I cant renew it

Hello everyone,

my student edition license just expired yesterday and I am unable to renew it following the instructions given here

The reason seems to be that there is somehow still a student license active for my account which is only valid for 2022 program versions.

As I am using Hypermesh, Hyperview etc. 2025 I cant use this license. It also shows that my licence for the 2025 Versions is expired in the License Untility:

What can I do to resolve this issue? Is there a way to remove the current unusable license so I can get a new one?

Activating the key I have in the License Utility also doesnt work.

    Your university licenses have expired but not your student edition license key,

    Please set an environment variable with name ALM_HHWU and value as F to force the use of the student license key, and then activate with the same license key.

    So I wasnt using a student licence but an academic license issued by my univiersity the whole time?
