Simlab 13 Lic error

Hi,

 

While opening simlab,the following error occurs

description: rejected actively from license server

 

Feature:simlab prepost

error code:9

 

like that

 

But Hypermesh working correctly.

 

Can any one help me on this.

    Can you confirm you have the simlab feature in the license file? 

    you can open the license in textpad and look for a feature called FEATURE SimLabPrePost

    and two other features with the text simlab.

    I am facing the same issue. I use the student edition given license. Pl help.

     

    Does that mean SIMLAB won't be accessed with student license?

    That is correct, Simlab is not part of the student edition currently,
