Error in FluxMotor Test Characterization

Hi,

I wanted to start a scalar characterization test on IM_SQ_IR_3Ph but the tests cannot be performed. The error is :

The test Characterization, Model, Motor, Scalar maps failed due to the following problem:
Cause : Failed to execute the block with name BlockImSq3CharacterisationModelMapsModelExploitation #100.18.1
Type : Internal error

Ticket Number : #100.18.1 #100.18.39

If annoyed could help me understand this error. Thank you !

Hi Laura,

Thank you for contacting Altair forum.

The error message doesnot give full information of the issue. On possible reason is:

The scalar maps test can be performed in beta mode in FluxMotor. Please change the options to beta mode in preferences tab. And then run the test.

If the issue persists, can you please raise a request in Altair community support, where you can share the model with the issue, to investigate.
