Deactivation and reactivation of license
My previous laptop is broken, and I no longer have access to the device. I need to deactivate my student license and reactivate it on my new laptop. Could you please guide me on how to do that?

Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the student license with the same license key.
Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down or reformatted and is only allowed a few times per user preprogrammed into the system.
You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –

I am facing a problem where I also want my student licence key for PSIM 2025 to be deactivated as my old laptop can not switch on anymore and I am unable to deactivate the license key from my side and activate the same key to my new laptop.
Your help will be appriciated, thank you.
