BatchMesher work status showing 'Pending' due to license issue

I am trying to learn HyperMesh from the course 'Introduction to Hypermesh 2024' in which there is a bike frame given, and midsurface needs to be created in the parts to create a 2D mesh structure. When the meshing work starts in the BatchMesher, after sometime, the work status of all the parts changes to 'Pending'. I checked the report for each part, and it says, "WD_ERROR: Altair License Manager: License error". I don't understand, as I have installed HyperMesh , along with the student license file 'almutil_gui.exe' in the same 'E:\' directory. When I am trying to enter the license key, it says, "Error activating license: License already exists in license store". I have attached the images of the BatchMesher, License file location, and the error message.

P.S.: - I have reinstalled Hypermesh on my computer previously without uninstalling,

as I could not find it in the program menu in Control Panel.

The batchmesher and other command line options of HyperMesh are not supported with the free student edition license.
