Freezes and lags in HyperMesh v2025 and v2024.1

Hello,
I'm experimenting lags in HyperMesh on my DELL Precision 3490 (specifications in the linked image).
Whenever I want to zoom, move or rotate my models, the software freezes for a couple of seconds before I can actually inspect it, and then I get to see like one image per second of me moving it.
I checked in my task manager and it's using 100% of my GPU when I move the model, in the 3D section. My RAM still has a couple of Go available, and my CPU is barely used.
However, I'm not experimenting any issues when I open the same models in other Altair softwares, like Inspire or SimSolid.
Do you have any idea on what is causing those issues and how to fix them ?
I have reports of some clients who are potentially having the same problems.
Thanks in advance for your response,
Kind regards,
Loïc.

hello @Loïc_V,
I forwarded to Hossein couple of weeks ago our software requirements, which includes a valid graphic board. From your screenshot, it seems you just have an integrated chipset. Do you confirm?
If so, our software such as HyperMesh which are designed for large FE models (more than 10 millions of elements) will not get the proper resources for an integrated chipset

Michael

Hello,
Yes we saw that I was lacking a graphic card, so we ordered the correct version of the pc.
Thanks for your response,
