LICENSE Problem

When I upgarde from HW11 to HW12 , the LM-X End-user Configuration Tool v4.4.4 was installed. I also replace the new license file (HW12 license). But when I launch HW 12, it occurs error prompt as below:

'Altair License Manager: License error

Feature:GlobalZoneAP

Error Code: 16

Error Description:
[Local] D:/Program files/Altair/12.0/security/altair_lic.dat -(Err 6) Unable to read file

[NETWORK] 6200@HCUTWRK2006 - (Err: 16) Reject actively from license server

 

Feature: HyperMesh

Error Code: 16

Error Descripton:

[LOCAL] D:/Program files/Altair/12.0/security/altair_lic.dat - (Err:6) Unable to read file

Is there anyone help me to fix this error?? Thank you all.

    Do you use Nodelock or Network server License ?

    Despite I grant sufficient file access permissions but the trouble still happens. Can anyone help me to fix this?? Thank you all.

    I think the configuration problem of your license server. We use Linux for our server so I can't help you.
