Material system does not appear in matrix Browser and Hyperview

Hello,

We are having a problem with the 2021.1 version of hypermesh in our company. One of my collogues is having this problem, when he launches Matrix browser and select elements, then load cases, then the coordinate system, the material orientation option does not appear, as shown in the following figure:

but in my case, when I launch this matrix browser, I do see the material system option:

Also when he tries to show the stress in material orientation in hyperview, this option doesn´t show either, see image below:

What could be the reason behind this strange situation?

Just to add a little context, he had some problems with the installation process but evetually he got it to work…
