License reset

Hi

I had a student edition license for Altair PSIM but, due to a defect, I had to reformat the HD.

I downloaded the latest version of PSIM but now, when I try to install the still valid license, a message appears:

"Error activating licence: This license was already activated using diferent HostIDs."

What should I do? How can I solve this problem?

    HI @FGarcia

    Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the student license with the same license key.

    Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down or reformatted and is only allowed a few times per user preprogrammed into the system…
