Gave incorrect Ethernet Host ID and need to change it

I am encountering the following error and believe it is because I gave the wrong Ethernet Host ID:

I believe I found the correct host ID now using 'getmac' is the dos command prompt. Is there any way I can get this fixed?

You can apply for a new student license with your correct Ethernet ID.
