License issue n°9

Hello,

 

When I sign up to have a student license I should add my WIFI host ID (because my physical host ID is only 0000000000E0 and it was not accepted by Altair).

I received a license file with the host ID of home's WIFI. When I install the software and copy/paste the license file I have this issue (first picture). Now, I'm with another Wifi, not home's WIFI.

 

I give you the ipconfig /all.

    Try the below -

    Press the 'Windows' and 'R' keys together to open the run window.

    Type 'Devmgmt.msc' in Run and click 'OK' to open the Device Manager.

    Click the arrow next to 'Network adapters.' This will expand all network devices installed on the computer.

    Right-click the LAN adapter and click 'Enable.' then do ipconfig/all and request for the lan card address, 

    If the above does not help, you can request another license for your other wifi ID and use that license also, thanks.
