I am trying to simulate a rectangular waveguide (WR-34) from 18-40GHz and I receive the following error

I opened the file and noticed that it has not been meshed due to Feko not being able to access the Temp folder. Please check if the Temp directory has read/write permissions.
As far as the model goes, there are no issues with the geometry. I was successfully able to run the model in Feko v.2025. Please find the results attached.
