    it is hard to tell just by your picture.

    It mentions ALM_status, which might be related to license manager.

    how many Altair Licenses you have access to? Maybe it is lack of licenses?

    I am a student who applied for a study permit. I did not have access to multiple Altair, so I used my own computer and downloaded it. I don't know why
