I am having trouble accessing the Altair Student Edition under "Suites" in the Altair One Marketplace (pictured below).

My Altair account uses my student email. I've seen other posts encountering the same issue, but there does not appear to be a clear way for me to resolve this issue within the Altair One portal myself. Would someone be able to help ensure that my account is considered a "student" account so that I can access and download the Student Edition?

    HI @avagoncalves Your account is now verified, you should receive an email about the verified status, please re login to see if you have access to the student edition suite and license card in the marketplace.
