Infineon GAN FET in PSIM

Description:
I need to use Infineon's IGLT65R025D2 GAN FET in PSIM for a simulation, that has conduction and switching losses.
There does not seem to be an easy way to customize a MOSFET or create a GAN FET.
I would appreciate advise on the easiest way to do this, so that I can integrate the model onto my existing simulation

    Hi,

You can add this device. Video tutorial for this is

    Thank you for your response.
I cannot find Qgs, Qgd in the datasheet. What can I do about it?
Also, I am not sure what parameters 'temperature coefficient' and 'gfs(S)' are in the datasheet.

    Hi,

I also verified data sheet, Qgs Qgd not mentioned.

    1. you can write an email to manufacturer for this information.
    2. Sometimes SPICE model may contain this information.

Always it's better to get information from manufacturer.

I just searched about getting the values for Qgs and Qgd. These values can be calculated from the graph Vgs vs Qg

For calculating temperature coefficient and other parameters, the following tutorial will help.
