Hypermesh 14.0.130 unable pic license, Automatically hmopengl.ext is exiting.

Dear Altair,

 

We are using Hyper mesh 14.0.130 version, we are facing a problem with this version. When the license is tried to pick the hmopengl.exe is automatically existing(checked in task bar process).

 

Even it is not popping up the availability of license or not.

 

This kind of problem is occurring only for some user in same workstation.

 

Application is installed through administrator login itself.

 

Please let us know why this problem is creating?? and how can I solve this?

Please make sure these users have permissions to read and write in the 'start in' or the working directory, if not, please change the working directory to such a location,
