Detect Outliers (Distance) operator

In Detect Outliers (Distance) operator, is the treatment of nominal attributes in "Euclidean Distance" the same as "Mixed Euclidean Distances"? I used range transformation to normalize the data and found the outliers' average values different with or without nominal attributes at the beginning.
