Inspire Extrude 2025 Key Release Features

We’re thrilled to announce the release of Inspire Extrude 2025. It has powerful new features, enhanced accuracy, and improved workflows. This release is designed to optimize performance, streamline processes, and provide more precise analysis.
Top 3 Key Highlights:
New Profile Nose Cone Animation:
Visualize and analyze the profile as it exits the die. The solver sequentially activates each element layer, from Bearing to Profile. This enhances the visualization of the profile's nose cone, simulating the material emerging from the die.
Advanced Metal Extrusion Capabilities:
The billet skin is the outer layer of the Billet that contains impurities. When this skin slips in the extruded product, it's classified as scrap. Tracking the skin is crucial for quality control. Monitoring the skin across multiple billet extrusion cycles improves the accuracy of predicting scrap output. In the 2025 version, Inspire Extrude tracks billet skin between multiple billet cycles. Skin material trapped in die regions enters the product in subsequent cycles, and thereby increasing the scrap.
Quenching and Elastoplastic Warpage Analysis:
Quenching Animation Control with Distance Function to improve visualization of the profile existing die and traveling across the quench chamber.
Inspire Extrude now supports Elastoplastic Warpage Analysis. In the previous versions, it supported elastic warpage.
Inspire Extrude predicts residual Stress in the Profile After Quenching.
