I have an aircraft C-130 model (attached image). The model is failing during the union process. Could anyone suggest how to resolve this issue so that it can proceed successfully?

Which version are you on? it seems you are using quite an old one.
Can you please share your model .cfx so that we can investigate further?

Thank you again. It is Feko 2021 version.
I have attached cfx file here. . The zip folder here. Pls unzip the folder and check the modal pls. The modal is fail to union operation in feko. So kindly check where the problem is in the model

The model seems to have a lot of assembly groups and some faces are creating errors while unioning. I suggest you union the parts one by one, and see which part/parts of the geometry is causing the error. You can also use the Repair Part feature or other Repare options when you get error in a union for a given geometry part.
On the other hand, if you have access to the original CAD (outside of FEko), you can try to export it under a different file type and test importing it into Feko again.

May I ask few more issues in feko simulation?
Instead of a full array. I would like to replace a farfield source setup on a plane, but there also showing some mesh error . Can I share you details hor to fix that mesh error?
