License Error

Hi,

i have changed computer and when i try to start hyperworks i have error 9.

I reordered the product with new Ethernet ID but i haven't received the new licence.

what i have to do?

    Hi Giacomo,

     

    Your license request is awaiting for approval,

     

    A notification Email will be sent to you once your license is approved.
