Student edition card not found

I had a student license for hyperworks which has now expired. I have tried to follow the procedure to renew it but i am not able to see the student edition card in the marketplace.

Please tell us the last 4 digits of your student license key that has expired …

The last four digits should be: 6N74
I took it from the file "altair_lic.dat" under the section HyperWorksEDU.
