Hi,
I have ordered for the student license 2 days ago and the order conformation mail says I have successfully ordered it and the order is waited for approval. But after 2 days I have received a mail saying that I have to provide the email address, department, CAD/CAM/CAE faculty email, phone number, scan copy of institute ID card, email of mechanical HOD etc. Can anyone tell me why should I have to provide these?
Anyway am not an engineering student. I am a basic science student. So How am I supposed to give the name and email of mechanical HOD?
