Can simlab set a constant force that change direction when the RBE3 point reaches some location? in optistruct explict solver.

    OptiStruct still doesn't support sensors, as Radioss, for example, so i'm afraid you cannot do that easily.

    it would be probably easier to run your model iteratively, meaning: run your NL model with some high load, and from results, check when the target is reached. Measure the force needed, and then adjust your mdoel, and add a second loadcase, continuing from the previous one. It is not automatically, though.
