Can I get my student License Deactivate?

I have formatted my PC to solve technical essues on it.
I couldn't deactivate my license before I format my pc
Now I re-installed Hyperworks and other products,
but Almutil keeps saying this message

so, Can I get my student license deavivated?

I neeeeeed a help….. Plz save me….
