Error While Executing Test Model in HyperStudy

Hello,

I'm trying to run an optimization using HyperStudy. First I did a run with my model in HyperMesh CFD 2024.1 and it ran without problems. After, I morphed the geometry and saved the shapes as design variables. After that, I started the DOE study launching HyperStudy and imported the variables. When doing the "Test Models" step 2 errors occur in the "Execute" part. The error files are attached.

I appreciate any help.

    Hi @Ze_Rocha,

As per the files provided, there are errors related to AcuSolve while it is being executed from HyperStudy.

Since, there are errors related to AcuSolve setup (as shown below), it is recommended to write to the AcuSolve team on hwsupport@altair.com to get an expert AcuSolve/CFD domain support on the query.

The error might be related to the shapes being created in the HyperMesh.

Error mentioned in the task__exe_stdout is as follows:

This error has prompted other errors which are mentioned in the task__exe_stderr file.

Note: The errors are not related to HyperStudy but rather are either related to the shapes created in the HyperMesh or AcuSolve.

    Many thanks.

    Kind Regards

    Hi @Ze_Rocha,

    Thank you for the response.

FYI : The AcuSolve support team is working on the same query raised by Diogo Pinto (ALTHIMA).

I infer you would have received the information from Diogo on the same for scheduling a meeting to resolve the acuPrep issue.

    Kind Regards
