Hi,
Recently our student team's license has been causing an error upon trying to open SimSolid (v2024 and v2025). This is affecting us on both devices with pre-existing (and previously working) installs, and fresh installs which leads me to assume it's unlikely to be a device setup error. To the best of my knowledge, our license should still be in date and active. A screenshot of the error message is attached, any help resolving it would be much appreciated.
