Student Edition License missing from Altair One Marketplace

I have created a student account and verified my university-provided email, however the "Student Edition License" is missing from the Altair One Marketplace. Please could you help me resolve this issue as I need the Altair® PSIM™ software urgently for university studies.

Hello Rahul,

I had this issue on a previous Altair account (which also used the same student email), where the Student Edition License was missing from the Altair One marketplace, so I deleted that old account and remade it with the same student email address (this current account) to ensure it was a student account. However the issue still persists, I still can't find the student edition license to download so that I could download and install PSIM.

Could you please fix this issue soon and allow me to access the student edition license as soon as possible. Thank you.

Everything looks right here, can you relogin after clearing your browser cache or log in with a different browser you have not used before?

Hello Rahul,

cache cleared but issue persists even with a different browser, please help as I need the student license for Altair PSIM. As you can see in the image below, this is all the suites which are available on my account and I don't have the "Student Edition License" to click, so I am unable to download the "Student Edition Bundle" please help me as I need the software as soon as possible, thank you in advance.
