I had to do a factory reset on my computer. I did not deactivate my Altair Inspire (Student Bundle) license before this. Now when I try to download Inspire and put in my license number it says "Error Activating License: This license was already activated using different HostIDs." Is there a way to reset my license number on my account so I am able to login and/or remotely deactivate my license first used so I can use it again. I have contacted Altair Tech Support via email and phone and have gotten no reply.
