I am working on a simulation in Altair Flux 2D and using the function TorqueElecMag(ROTOR). I would like to understand how this quantity is calculated in the software. Where can I find detailed documentation explaining this quantity in Flux 2D?

In flux, The magnetic torque exerted on an rigid part of the study domain can be computed by the virtual works method.  There is a brief explanation available in the link below.
