EDEM 2024.1 버전이 실행되지가 않습니다.

EDEM을 컴퓨터에 설치 후 실행을 하려 하는데, 실행이 되지 않습니다.

EDEM 프로그램 아이콘을 클릭 하면 검은색 창이 몇 초간 실행된 후 흰색 창이 5초 정도 켜지고 두 화면 다 갑자기 꺼집니다. 실행을 위해 계속 진행해봐도 똑같은 상황이 반복됩니다.

EDEM 버전은 2024.1이고, 윈도우 버전은 11입니다.

문제 해결 위한 해결책을 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

    Hi, which type of Graphics Card do you have access to? Typically EDEM not opening is due to either graphics issues or licensing problems.

    If it's a graphics issue updating the graphics card drivers may help.

    You can check if the licensing is running OK by running EDEM in command line mode, for example if you have a simulation you can run it using:

    "C:\Program Files\Altair\204.1\EDEM\bin\edem.exe" -c -i c:\location\myfile.dem and if this runs we can confirm it's a graphics problem not a licensing issue.

    Also if you run the debug-logger command you can output errors to a file which may help:

    "C:\Program Files\Altair\204.1\EDEM\bin\edem.exe" —debug-logger c:\location\output.txt

    Finally EDEM 2025 has been released, you could try upgrading to 2025.

    I upgraded EDEM ver.2025, and when I tried to start the program, and error pops out.

    It says

    Error : License Problem : Altair License Manager : License error
    Feature(s): GlobalZone AP, HyperWorks, HWEDEMGUI
    Error Code: 15
    Error Description:
    [NETWORK] 6200@localhost - (Err: 15) Unable to connect to license server
    Altair Managed Licensing: License error
    Feature: EDEMGUI
    Error Code: -39
    Error Description:
    [LicID 113735] AU Enterprise Suite - (Err: -39) While checking out feature
    "GlobalZoneAP": Requested version number is greater than version number in license (Version found in license is: 24.0)

    And in Altair License Utility 2025, in the Managed Licensing page, it says,
    "You are authorized to use Managed Licensing"
    I attachted the photo of the page.

    Please help me solve this problem.

    Hi, you need a 2025 license as it looks like you don't have a upgraded license yet. Best to check with your account manager for the new license.
