Is there any way to know who is using the HW licence tokens,supposing the license server is on the network.And I want to know it from any other HWs client location.

Try to use 'lmxendutil' within your server installation. With my Linux server, I'm using:
lmxendutil -licstat -host myserver
You can also use the command almutil.exe –licstat –host <host name of the server> -port 6200 –collapse –inuse > C:\licstat.txt -t
A text file with current license usage details will be saved at licstat.txt file in C:\
