Topography Optimization - How to combine horizontal and vertical beads pattern

In a topography optimization is it possible create a grid of beads in two directions (horizontal and vertical) together?

And if yes, which pattern grouping/type should I use?

i believe this is not possible. you can only define 1 plane, or 1 plane+symmetry.
