Error activating license; say already activated by different hostID

I am facing an issue with the HyperMesh software since yesterday. I followed all the steps as per the procedure, but I encountered a problem in the final stage. The software frequently shows different host IDs when I try to log in. Unfortunately, I do not remember which system I used to generate the user license.

I want to log in on my current PC, which is my personal system, but I have been unable to do so. This issue is preventing me from completing and submitting my assignment, which could lead to failing the subject.

HI,

Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the student license with the same license key.

Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down and is only allowed a few times per user.

You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –
