getting error on psim activation saying license already activated using different host id
Hello I am trying to use psim as a student and I keep getting error message saying license already activated using different host ID. I also tried to add the path of the license into the activation page of psim. However nothing works. Also when I look inside the path in my license, the page is empty now as I was looking for a fix and someone said delete all the licenses there in that folder which may have screwed me more. please help.

Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the student license with the same license key.
Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down and is only allowed a few times per user.
You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –
